The data you provide at the time of registration will be used for the purpose of organising and conducting conferences, other events and activities related to the execution of projects, implementation and communication. Photography and/or filming will be taken during the event. The photos and/or videos will be published on the College's website and social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin). The legal basis for the processing of the data is your consent as a data subject, which you have expressed by registering for the conference. The data you provide will be stored for 30 days after the conference. Photos taken during the conference, footage posted on the College's website and social networks will be stored until they are no longer relevant. In case of financial transactions (payment of conference fee, other payments), your data will be stored for 10 years after the financial transaction has taken place. The personal data of conference speakers and presentations will be stored until the information contained in the presentations is no longer relevant. All your data will be deleted after the aforementioned storage periods. The personal data you have provided will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
