The data you provide during registration will be processed for accommodation; security of persons and property, including but not limited to the implementation of video surveillance, and access control in the College; communications; for the purposes of induction, safety and health and fire safety, electrical safety and use of gas stoves for employees, students, pupils and listeners at the workplace and for persons living in College dormitories.
The legal basis for data processing is your consent, which you express when registering. The legal basis for individual personal data processing operations is also the fulfillment of legal obligations applicable to the College.
The data provided by you, if a fixed-term contract for living in a dormitory is concluded, will be stored for 10 years after the last financial transaction in fulfillment of the aforementioned contract, after which it will be deleted. In the event that you do not conclude a fixed-term rental agreement for a residence in a dormitory, the data will be deleted within 20 days from the cancellation of the reservation for a fixed-term residence in a dormitory. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations. After concluding a fixed-term rental agreement for a residence, it will contain detailed information about the processing of personal data.
